Dainty in size, never skimpy on gold. Your initial is drawn in a soft, flowing script and cast with enough depth to hold its shape through years of everyday wear, then finished on a fine chain so it falls neatly at the collarbone. Any letter from A to Z, in yellow, white or rose gold.

How Your Dainty Initial Necklace Is Designed

Once your order is placed, your designer draws your chosen letter in our flowing script. Nothing comes off a template: the proportions, spacing and balance of every curve are worked out for your letter alone, because an A and a W need very different handling to look right at this size.

We then send you a digital design preview to approve, so you see exactly how your initial will look before anything is made. Once you're happy, it goes to our atelier to be crafted for you.

Solid gold in 9ct, 14ct or 18ct

Each carat comes in yellow, white or rose. The 9ct is the hardest wearing for every day, the 18ct the richest. Whichever you choose, your dainty initial necklace is solid gold throughout, never plated or vermeil, and made and hallmarked here in the UK.

How to style it

Wear it alone with an open collar for something barely there, or make it the shortest chain in a stack of dainty gold necklaces. Initials are made for sharing, too: matching letters for best friends, or the whole family's initials layered at different lengths. And because it's solid gold, it's built to be lived in.

Lead Times

All pieces are custom made and estimated production times are 3-5 weeks from purchase.

If your order is urgent, please email info@argent-asher.com and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note: the shipping method is included in the overall lead time of your piece, but does not expedite your order's production time.

Shipping

During manufacturing you will receive update emails notifying you of progress. Once your piece is ready to ship, we will email you with the tracking information. All jewellery requires a signature from the purchaser, in order to be delivered successfully.

Customs

For international orders and shipments leaving the UK - there is a legal requirement to pay duty charges and/or VAT when arriving at the destination Country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Warranty, Returns & Aftercare

Returns & 12-Month Cover for Jewellery purchased inside of the UK.

Most of our fine jewellery pieces are eligible for complimentary returns.

We understand that choosing jewellery is a thoughtful purchase, so if something doesn’t feel right, we aim to make the return process straightforward and reassuring.

Please note:
• Personalised and bespoke pieces can’t be returned unless there is a fault on arrival
• Faulty items must be sent back unworn and in their original condition
• Conditions apply, please see our full Returns Policy for details

Each Argent + Asher piece is made to order in our London atelier and includes a UK 12-month warranty covering manufacturing issues, such as:

• Stones becoming loose
• Settings or claws shifting
• Missing small stones
• Faults with clasps or chains

If a manufacturing issue occurs within this period, we will arrange a repair.

Resizing & Repairs

We offer resizing on selected ring designs.

Please note:
• Eternity bands cannot be resized
• Some styles are not suitable for adjustment
• Most rings can be resized within approximately 1–1.5 sizes of the original

If you’re unsure on sizing, it’s always worth confirming before ordering. It’s one of the most common concerns when investing in fine jewellery, and guidance is always available.

Repairs Outside Warranty

If your piece requires attention outside of the warranty period, or due to general wear over time, we can usually arrange a repair for a fee.

Each item is reviewed individually, and we’ll outline the options clearly before any work is carried out.
