Want to visualise your jewellery before it’s created? Our Personalised Design Preview service allows you to see exactly how your custom piece will look before placing your final order.

We’ll create a high-resolution digital preview of your design, whether it’s a name necklace, bracelet, or ring, so you can review the flow, spacing, and proportions.

You can request revisions until it’s exactly as you imagined, and the cost is fully redeemable against the cost of your desired piece of jewellery should you decide to place your order. 

How It Works

1. Request Your Design Preview

• Simply place an order for a Custom Preview below.
• Choose whether it's for a name necklace, ring, or bracelet.

2. Receive Your Digital Design

• Our expert designers will create a preview of your exact piece.
• You'll receive a high-resolution image of your personalised design via email.

3. Approve & Redeem Your £49 Credit

• Once you're happy, your preview fee is fully redeemable against your final purchase.
• You can proceed with confidence, knowing exactly how your piece will look.

During manufacturing you will receive update emails notifying you of progress. Once your piece is complete and ready to ship, we will email you with the tracking information. All jewellery requires a signature from the purchaser, in order to be delivered successfully.

FedEx 2-Day: 2 business days - excluding weekends and holidays

FedEx International: 2-3 business days - excluding weekends and holidays

For international orders - you may be required to pay duty and/or VAT. These costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

All pieces are custom made and estimated production times are 3-5 weeks from purchase.

If your order is urgent, please email info@argent-asher.com and we will do our best to accommodate. Please note; the shipping method is included in the overall lead time of your piece, but does not expedite your order's production time.
