The Handwritten Diamond Letter Pendant takes the organic, personal quality of the handwritten initial and sets it with natural mined diamonds that follow every line of the letter. The result is a diamond initial pendant that doesn't read as a catalogue piece. The handwriting quality softens what could otherwise be a very polished piece, and the diamonds give it a reason to be worn at every occasion: morning coffee to evening out.

Made in solid 9ct, 14ct or 18ct gold with hand-set natural diamonds following the curves and loops of the handwritten script, individually created in our London atelier. The organic lines give the stones something to work with. The result is more dynamic and more interesting than a more structured letter would produce.

Lead Times

All pieces are custom made and estimated production times are 3-5 weeks from purchase.

If your order is urgent, please email info@argent-asher.com and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note: the shipping method is included in the overall lead time of your piece, but does not expedite your order's production time.

Shipping

During manufacturing you will receive update emails notifying you of progress. Once your piece is ready to ship, we will email you with the tracking information. All jewellery requires a signature from the purchaser, in order to be delivered successfully.

FedEx International: 2-3 business days - excluding weekends and holidays

Customs

For international orders and shipments leaving the UK - there is a legal requirement to pay duty charges and/or VAT when arriving at the destination Country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Warranty, Returns & Aftercare

Returns & 12-Month Cover for Jewellery purchased inside of the UK.

Most of our fine jewellery pieces are eligible for complimentary returns.

We understand that choosing jewellery is a thoughtful purchase, so if something doesn’t feel right, we aim to make the return process straightforward and reassuring.

Please note:
• Personalised and bespoke pieces can’t be returned unless there is a fault on arrival
• Faulty items must be sent back unworn and in their original condition

Each Argent + Asher piece is made to order in our London atelier and includes a UK 12-month warranty covering manufacturing issues, such as:

• Stones becoming loose
• Settings or claws shifting
• Missing small stones
• Faults with clasps or chains

If a manufacturing issue occurs within this period, we will arrange a repair.

Resizing & Repairs

We offer resizing on selected ring designs.

Please note:
• Eternity bands cannot be resized
• Some styles are not suitable for adjustment
• Most rings can be resized within approximately 1–1.5 sizes of the original

If you’re unsure on sizing, it’s always worth confirming before ordering. It’s one of the most common concerns when investing in fine jewellery, and guidance is always available.

Repairs Outside Warranty

If your piece requires attention outside of the warranty period, or due to general wear over time, we can usually arrange a repair for a fee.

Each item is reviewed individually, and we’ll outline the options clearly before any work is carried out.
