Shipping Information

We are delighted to offer international shipping for all purchases. For shipping costs, please select your country when checking out.

Please note; shipping times are calculated from the date your items are ready to ship.

Lead times for delivery are clearly shown within the product description during check-out. Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel the order, unless it is brought to our attention within a 5 hour window from purchase.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for return shipping charges, or taxes. We would suggest using a trusted carrier Like FedEx or DHL, and keeping your tracking details until we have confirmed safe receipt of your return.

International Shipping

All orders shipped outside of the UK will be subject to an approximate 25% customs / import duties and tax charges, once the destination is reached. This cost and any additional charges that may occur, will not be covered by Argent & Asher Limited, and is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to cover.
