- We do not offer refunds, or exchanges, on earrings for hygiene purposes.
- Should one of our item/s arrive in a condition you're dissatisfied with, please send an image and description of the issue to email@example.com, for us to assess and provide a suitable solution.
- In the unlikely event that an agreement on a defective product hasn’t been agreed to your satisfaction, we shall refund you within 30 working days, following the safe receipt of the item/s returned.
- All sales are final and refunds are subject to our Refunds T&C’s criteria being met.
