Yes. We offer a £49 Custom Design Preview — a full digital render of your piece created before production begins. The £49 fee is deducted from your final order total.
All personalised pieces are available in yellow gold, white gold, and rose gold, in your choice of 9ct, 14ct, or 18ct. Colour and carat can be selected at checkout or discussed during a design preview.
Because every piece is made to order from your exact personalisation, please check all names, dates, and scripts carefully before placing your order. If you spot an error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible — amendments may still be possible before production begins, but we cannot accept returns on correctly made personalised pieces.
