The bangles in this collection are solid gold throughout, not plated and not hollow. The Fluted Gold Bangle gives a clean architectural form with a fluted finish that catches the light. For diamond bangles in solid 18ct gold, the Diamond Twist Bangle sets pavé diamonds along a twisted solid gold form. 9ct, 14ct or 18ct Gold: Which to Choose for a Bracelet
All gold bracelets at Argent & Asher are made in solid 9ct, 14ct or 18ct gold. The difference is the percentage of pure gold in the alloy and how that affects durability and colour.
9ct gold contains 37.5% pure gold. It is the hardest and most scratch-resistant of the three, which makes it well suited to a bracelet on the wrist: a piece that will contact surfaces regularly, be put on and taken off daily, and needs to hold its finish.
