Is all your jewellery hallmarked?
Yes, all of our solid gold jewellery is hallmarked in accordance with UK law. This is your guarantee of quality, authenticity, and craftsmanship.
Are your diamonds ethically sourced?
Yes. All of our diamonds are ethically sourced from trusted suppliers who follow the Kimberley Process and uphold responsible sourcing standards.
Where are your diamonds sourced from?
We source our diamonds and all our gemstones from reputable suppliers across the UK, Europe, and the US, ensuring they meet strict ethical and quality standards.
I'd like to know more about Klarna?
Klarna allows you to shop now and pay later in instalments. At checkout, simply choose Klarna as your payment method and follow the steps to split your purchase into interest-free payments.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also pay via Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
How do I know my jewellery size?
Visit our sizing guide for help measuring your ring, bracelet, or necklace length. If you’re unsure, get in touch—we’re happy to advise you.
Can I amend my order?
If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to help.
How long is delivery on personalised jewellery?
Personalised pieces are made to order and typically take 10–18 working days to craft, plus delivery time. However we can fast track orders on request. If you need your item by a specific date, please contact us before ordering.
Do you offer both lab-grown and natural diamonds?
Yes, we offer both. Natural diamonds are our default, but lab-grown options are available upon request. Both are real diamonds with the same brilliance and quality.
Can my item be made with gems other than diamonds?
Absolutely. Many of our designs can be customised with birthstones or other gemstones. Just get in touch to discuss your preferences.
Do you have different sizes in loose gemstones?
Yes. We offer a range of gemstone sizes depending on the design. If you have something specific in mind, we can source a gemstone to suit your vision.

How will my order get to me?
All orders are sent via secure, tracked delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Can I receive my item any sooner?
If you’re on a tight deadline, get in touch before placing your order. We are able to fast track orders, and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request, depending on production timelines.
How do I clean & store my jewellery?
To keep your jewellery looking its best, gently clean it with a soft cloth and store it in the pouch or box provided. Avoid contact with chemicals, perfumes, and water.
Can I leave a message with an order?
Yes! You can include a personalised gift message at checkout. We’ll print it on a branded card and include it with your order.

What do I do if my jewellery is lost or stolen?
We strongly recommend insuring your jewellery to protect it against loss or theft. We’re happy to provide a detailed invoice for insurance purposes, but please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen items once delivered.
Can I have my jewellery item made in solid 9ct gold?
All our pieces are made in solid 14k or 18k gold as standard. If you would like your item made in 9k gold, we’re happy to accommodate that via a bespoke request. Please use our bespoke form or email us to enquire.
Do you accept bespoke commissions/ adaptions of current designs?
Yes! We love bringing custom ideas to life or adapting our designs to suit your vision. Visit our bespoke page to get started, or email us with your ideas.
Will my order be sent in branded packaging?
Yes. Every order is beautifully packaged in our signature Argent & Asher boxes and pouches—perfect for gifting or safekeeping.
The outer packaging isn't branded for security reasons.
How do I track my parcel?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey from our studio to your doorstep.
Can I include a birthstone on my order?
Definitely! Many of our pieces can be personalised with birthstones. Contact us to discuss your ideas.
